Flood Advisory issued May 14 at 8:39AM EDT until May 14 at 11:45AM EDT by NWS Indianapolis IN

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…A portion of central Indiana, including the following
county, Bartholomew.

* WHEN…Until 1145 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 839 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of
rain have fallen.
– Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Columbus, Edinburgh, Hope, Elizabethtown, Hartsville,
Clifford, Newbern, Taylorsville and Grammer.
