* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. This
replaces the previous Flash Flood Warning for western Muskingum
County.
* WHERE…A portion of east central Ohio, including the following
county, Muskingum.
* WHEN…Until 130 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. It will take
several hours for all the water from these storms to work through
local drainage systems, especially in urban and low-lying areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1035 PM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in
the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing.
Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
– Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.

Zanesville, South Zanesville, North Zanesville, Dresden,
Frazeysburg, Fultonham, Drake, East Fultonham and Dillon
State Park.
