Flood Warning issued May 14 at 12:27AM EDT until May 14 at 3:30AM EDT by NWS State College PA

* WHAT…Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
county, Franklin.

* WHEN…Until 330 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS…Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from
earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and
may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1226 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to
begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of
rain have fallen.
– Additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 0.5 inches are possible
in the warned area.

Chambersburg, Waynesboro, Shippensburg, Greencastle,
Guilford, St. Thomas, Fayetteville, Wayne Heights, Mont Alto,
Mercersburg, Scotland, Rouzerville, Marion, Fort Loudon,
Upper Strasburg, Fannettsburg, Roxbury, Willow Hill, Claylick
and Doylesburg.
