* IMPACTS…At 7.0 feet, The Youghiogheny Reservoir is expected to
begin curtailing releases due to high water downstream of the dam.
River interests are encouraged to monitor conditions in their
vicinity and to be prepared if further rises occur.
At 12.0 feet, The right bank of the river overflows downstream of
confluence and about 1/4 mile upstream from the gaging station.
At 14.0 feet, State Route 3003 is closed due to high water. High
water covers the road about one tenth of a mile downstream of the
confluence of the Casselman and Youghiogheny Rivers.
