* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE…Portions of north central Maryland, including the
following county, Washington and panhandle West Virginia,
including the following counties, Berkeley, Jefferson and Morgan.

* WHEN…Until 400 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1236 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated slow moving
thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall across the warned
area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
– Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
