Flood Warning issued May 14 at 6:37AM EDT until May 14 at 9:30AM EDT by NWS Baltimore MD/Washington DC

* WHAT…Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is
expected.

* WHERE…A portion of north central Maryland, including the
following county, Washington.

* WHEN…Until 930 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams
continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 636 AM EDT, a stream gauge located along Licking Creek
continues to rise up into minor flood stage. Flooding is
already occurring. Between 2.5 and 4 inches of rain have
fallen.
