* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE…Portions of central and northwest Virginia, including the
following counties, in central Virginia, Greene and Orange. In
northwest Virginia, Madison.

* WHEN…Until 930 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 712 AM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in
the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain
have fallen.
– Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.

Route 637 near Poorhouse Run, Jones Mill Road, Route 20 East
of Route 15, Route 20 at Route 231 and Route 641 near Blue
Run Creek.
