kt with gusts up to 30 kt expected.

* WHERE…Chesapeake Bay north of Sandy Point MD, Patapsco River
including Baltimore Harbor, and Chester River to Queenstown MD.

* WHEN…For the Gale Warning, until 2 AM EDT Wednesday. For the
Small Craft Advisory, until noon EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels.
