Special Weather Statement issued May 13 at 10:04PM EDT by NWS Northern Indiana

With a very moist airmass in place and light winds the development
of misty and foggy conditions are expected. Visibilities over the
next several hours will begin to decrease and localized fog may
become dense with reduce visibilities down to quarter mile. This
will make travel hazardous. If you must travel overnight, slow
down and use your low beams.
