* WHAT…Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…A portion of southwest Nebraska, including the following
county, west central Lincoln.

* WHEN…Until 1130 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas,
particularly in and around the Hershey area.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 820 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. One to two inches of rain has fallen in the
advisory area. This will cause urban and small stream
flooding.
