* WHERE…A portion of the eastern panhandle of West Virginia,
including the following county, Berkeley.

* WHEN…Until 200 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1106 PM EDT, stream gauges indicated steady or rising
water levels on some area streams and creeks.
– Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.

Tomahawk… Shanghai…
Johnsontown… Gerrardstown…
Glengary…
– This includes the following Flood Prone Roads…
Tuscarora Pike at Back Creek, Allensville Road at Back Creek
