* WHAT…Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall
continues.

* WHERE…A portion of eastern West Virginia, including the
following county, Mineral.

* WHEN…Until 300 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1111 PM EDT, gauge reports indicated flooding continued on
Patterson Creek at Headsville.
– Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Fort Ashby… Reeses Mill…
Headsville… Short Gap…
– This includes the following Flood Prone Roads…
Headsville Road along Staggs Run and Patterson Creek Road
along Patterson Creek.
