Mississippi…

Big Black River Near Bentonia affecting Yazoo and Madison
Counties.

Big Black River At West affecting Attala and Holmes Counties.

Big Black River Near Bovina affecting Warren and Hinds Counties.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Big Black River at West.

* WHEN…Until late Monday evening.

* IMPACTS…At 17 feet, Several thousand acres of agricultural and
lowland become inundated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 6:45 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 17.9 feet and nearly
steady.
– Forecast…The river is currently cresting and will begin a
slow fall on Thursday.
– Flood stage is 15 feet.
