Mississippi…

Big Black River Near Bentonia affecting Yazoo and Madison
Counties.

Big Black River At West affecting Attala and Holmes Counties.

Big Black River Near Bovina affecting Warren and Hinds Counties.

* WHAT…Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE…Big Black River near Bentonia.

* WHEN…Until early Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 25 feet, extensive flooding of agricultural land is
occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 7:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 25.1 feet and nearly
steady.
– Forecast…The river is nearing crest at 25.2 feet and is
expected to remain near that level through early Thursday
before beginning a slow fall.
– Flood stage is 22 feet.
