For the Sabine River…including Mineola, Hawkins, Gladewater,
Longview, Beckville, Logansport…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Sabine River near Hawkins.

* WHEN…Until Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 23.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding. Move livestock
and equipment to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:45 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 23.2 feet.
– Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet.
– Recent Activity…The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 8:45 PM CDT Wednesday was 24.3 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to fall below flood stage
just after midnight tonight and continue falling to 12.8 feet
Monday evening.
– Flood stage is 23.0 feet.
– Flood History…This crest compares to a previous crest of
24.4 feet on 03/15/2015.
