Flood Warning issued May 15 at 10:09AM EDT until May 19 at 5:00AM EDT by NWS Charleston SC

* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Ogeechee River at Midville.

* WHEN…Until late Sunday night.

* IMPACTS…At 6.0 feet, the access road into the River Bluff
community in Midville floods. The lower portion of Johnson Road
near Herndon is also flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 945 AM EDT Thursday, the stage was 6.1 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 6.7
feet Friday evening. It will then fall below flood stage
Sunday afternoon.
– Flood stage is 6.0 feet.

Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Blowing dust may reduce visibility to 4 to 5 miles at times.
