Tidal fluctuations will likely be overcome by freshwater flooding, with an extended period of moderate flooding forecast at Georgetown. * IMPACTS...The Washington Harbour boardwalk will be covered. Low lying areas near Fletcher's Boathouse will be flooded. More than a third of Roosevelt Island will be inundated.
