Fog in the region will be locally dense this morning before 1100
AM. These patches of dense fog will reduce visibilities to a
quarter mile or less.

Motorists should be prepared for rapid changes in visibility.
Motorists are urged to slow down and use caution. Use low beam
headlights and keep extra spacing between vehicles.

Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Blowing dust may reduce visibility to 4 to 5 miles at times.
