* WHAT…Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE…A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
counties, Bedford and Somerset.

* WHEN…Until 11 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris. Area
creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more
heavy rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Scattered thunderstorms may produce locally heavy rain this
morning. Additional thunderstorms may develop this afternoon,
and the watch may need to be extended into the evening.
