* WHAT…West winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts to 65 mph.

* WHERE…Mojave Desert Slopes.

* WHEN…From Saturday afternoon through late Sunday night.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Highways impacted include, but are not
limited to, SR 14, 58, and 178, as well as U.S. 395.
