* WHAT…Southwest winds 25 to 40 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.

* WHERE…Portions of north central and northeast Iowa, southeast
Minnesota, and central, southwest, and west central Wisconsin.

* WHEN…Until 10 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. In
addition, blowing dust will lower visibilities to less than 2
miles at time.
