* WHAT…West winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected.

* WHERE…Portions of southwest and west central Iowa and east
central, northeast, and southeast Nebraska.

* WHEN…From 7 AM to 9 PM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Blowing dust may reduce visibility to 4 to 5 miles at times.
