Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued May 16 at 7:31PM CDT until May 16 at 8:00PM CDT by NWS Paducah KY

At 731 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near East Prairie,
moving east at 55 mph.

HAZARD…70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable
tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes,
roofs, and outbuildings.

Locations impacted include…
Sikeston, Charleston, East Prairie, Miner, Wickliffe, Towosahgy State
Historic Site, Big Oak Tree State Park, Morehouse, Bertrand,
Matthews, Canalou, Wyatt, Anniston, Farrenburg, Columbus, and Wilson
City.

This includes the following highways…
Interstate 57 in Missouri between Mile Markers 1 and 17.
Interstate 55 between Mile Markers 51 and 67.
