Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued May 16 at 8:33PM EDT until May 16 at 8:45PM EDT by NWS Northern Indiana

At 831 PM EDT, showers and embedded thunderstorms producing strong
wind gusts were located along a line extending from Auburn to
Woodburn to 6 miles east of Decatur, moving northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD…70 mph wind gusts. These storms have a history of producing
significant wind damage.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile
homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Locations impacted include…
Fort Wayne, New Haven, Auburn, Kendallville, Garrett, Butler,
Huntertown, Avilla, Waterloo, Hamilton, Woodburn, Monroeville,
Grabill, St. Joe, Leo-cedarville, Swan, Middletown, Concord, Ashley,
and Newville.

This includes the following highways…
Interstate 469 between mile markers 11 and 30.
Interstate 69 in Indiana between mile markers 310 and 339.
