* WHAT…Southwest winds 20 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
expected. Isolated gusts to 55 mph in the western foothills.

* WHERE…Antelope Valley and Western Antelope Valley Foothills.

* WHEN…From 10 AM this morning to 3 AM PDT Monday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Areas of blowing dust and sand could locally reduce visibilities
to under one quarter mile at times.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Blowing dust may reduce visibility to near
zero at times. If you encounter blowing dust that inhibits your
ability to see the roadway, pull completely off the pavement
surface and turn off your headlights.
