* WHAT…Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…Portions of northwest and west central Arkansas, including
the following counties, in northwest Arkansas, Crawford. In west
central Arkansas, Sebastian.

* WHEN…Until 745 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 448 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen.
