inaccessible.

– At 1015 AM EDT Sunday, the stage was 11.3 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 11.3
feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
early Monday afternoon.
– Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
