* WHAT…Sub-freezing temperatures between 28 and 32 degrees are
likely.

* WHERE…Eastern Juab/Millard Counties, Sanpete Valley, Western
Millard and Juab Counties, Cache Valley/Utah Portion, Eastern Box
Elder County, and Southwest Utah.

* WHEN…From Sunday evening through Monday morning.

* IMPACTS…Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Another cold night is expected Monday night
into Tuesday morning across the same areas. Those in these areas
should be prepared for multiple nights of frost and freezing
temperatures.
