* WHAT…Northwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 65 mph.

* WHERE…Mojave Desert Slopes.

* WHEN…Until 2 AM PDT Monday.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Highways impacted include, but are not
limited to SRs 14, 58, and 178, as well as U.S. 395.
