Washington and East Carroll Counties.

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE…Mississippi River near Greenville.

* WHEN…Until Tuesday, June 03.

* IMPACTS…At 42.0 feet, Flooding is occurring around Lake Ferguson.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 10:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 42.2 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 42.3
feet this afternoon.
– Action stage is 36.0 feet.
– Flood stage is 48.0 feet.

Patchy fog, which was locally dense in some areas, will reduce visibilities across the Helena Valley through approximately 9 AM to 10 AM MDT. Travelers should be prepared for visibilities as low as one quarter of a mile in the densest fog. Slow down, use low beam headlights, and allow extra spacing between vehicles if traveling this morning.

* WHAT...Around one half foot of inundation above ground level in low- lying areas near back bays and tidal waterways. * WHERE...In Delaware, Sussex County. * WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Flooding with this tidal cycle is primarily confined to Little Assawoman Bay, Indian River Bay, Rehoboth Bay, and nearby tidal waterways. Tidal flooding is not expected on the oceanfront.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of east central Kansas, including the following area, Linn KS and Missouri, including the following areas, Bates and Henry. * WHEN...From this evening through Monday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall amounts earlier in the week of 1-3 inches with locally higher amounts have occurred. Expect precipitation totals today through Tuesday to range from 2-4 inches with a potential for locally higher amounts. This additional rainfall could exacerbate rivers and streams.
