* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE…Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties,
Benton, Carroll, Crawford, Franklin, Madison and Washington AR and
Oklahoma, including the following counties, Adair, Cherokee,
Craig, Delaware, Mayes and Ottawa.

* WHEN…From 1 PM CDT this afternoon through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Additional rainfall of 2-4 inches will be possible over the
watch area from this afternoon through tonight as several
rounds of thunderstorms impact the region.
