Flash Flood Warning issued May 19 at 7:27PM CDT until May 20 at 12:15AM CDT by NWS Springfield MO

At 727 PM CDT, The public reported thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Between 4 and 7 inches of rain have
fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD…Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

SOURCE…Public reported.

IMPACT…Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include…
Nevada, Fort Scott, El Dorado Springs, Appleton City, Osceola,
Lowry City, Walker, Schell City, Roscoe, Richards, Deerfield,
Metz, Harwood, Stotesbury, Taberville, Tiffin, Horton, Johnson
City, Cedar Springs, Monegaw Springs, Hammond, Iconium and Truman
Lake.

This includes the following low water crossings…
Monegaw Creek at NW 1301 Road, Ricky Creek at NW 603 Road, Clear
Creek at Rebel Road, Clear Creek at 430 Road, West Fork Pryor
Creek at Blair Road and Little Clear Creek at Oz Road.
