Flood Advisory issued May 19 at 7:39PM CDT until May 19 at 11:45PM CDT by NWS Omaha/Valley NE

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…Portions of east central and northeast Nebraska, including
the following counties, in east central Nebraska, Burt, Dodge and
Washington. In northeast Nebraska, Cuming.

* WHEN…Until 1145 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 739 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have
fallen.
– Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Tekamah, Uehling, Craig and Summit Lake State Recreation
Area.
