* WHAT…Temperatures in the mid and upper 30s will result in frost
formation.

* WHERE…Niagara, Orleans, and Monroe Counties. The greatest threat
for frost will be well inland away from the cities and Lake
Ontario.

* WHEN…From 2 AM to 8 AM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if left
unprotected.
