Special Weather Statement issued May 20 at 5:21AM CDT by NWS Lincoln IL

Strong east to southeast winds 20 to 35 mph and gusts up to 40 to 45
mph will occur into mid morning over central IL north of I-70. These
strong winds will cause difficult driving on area roads during the
morning commute, especially for high profile vehicles. In addition,
loose objects will be easily blown around. The winds are expected to
decrease later this morning and into the afternoon.
