Winter Storm Warning issued May 19 at 9:45PM AKDT until May 20 at 4:00PM AKDT by NWS Fairbanks AK

* WHAT…Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 7 and
12 inches.

* WHERE…Dalton Highway through Atigun Pass

* WHEN…Until 4 PM AKDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Roads will likely become slick. Travel may be very
difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The heaviest snowfall is expected Monday
night into Tuesday morning. The snow is expected to be heavy and
wet. Greater accumulations expected at higher elevations.
