Flood Advisory issued May 20 at 8:49PM EDT until May 20 at 11:45PM EDT by NWS Indianapolis IN

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…A portion of west central Indiana, including the following
county, Montgomery.

* WHEN…Until 1145 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 849 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
Between 0.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
– Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 1.5 inches are
expected over the area. This additional rain will result in
minor flooding.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Crawfordsville, Waynetown, Darlington, Linden, New Richmond
and Wingate.
