Big Black River Near Bovina affecting Hinds and Warren Counties.

Big Black River Near Bentonia affecting Yazoo and Madison
Counties.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Big Black River at West.

* WHEN…Until early Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…At 15.0 feet, Lowlands and agricultural land near the
river begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 7:45 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 13.7 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 15.5 feet early Thursday
morning. It will then fall below flood stage Thursday
evening.
– Flood stage is 15 feet.
