Flood Watch issued May 21 at 4:22AM EDT until May 22 at 5:00AM EDT by NWS State College PA

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE…A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
counties, Bedford and Somerset.

* WHEN…Through late tonight.

* IMPACTS…Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding
may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area creeks and
streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Occasional showers will produce 1 to 3 inches of rain today
and tonight which will fall onto soil that is already very
wet. This could result in flooding, especially in areas that
receive thunderstorms.
