South central Loudon County in east Tennessee…
East central Meigs County in east Tennessee…
Northeastern McMinn County in east Tennessee…
Northwestern Monroe County in east Tennessee…

* Until 1030 PM EDT.

* At 941 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Athens,
moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include…
Madisonville, Clear Water, Athens, Niota, Sweetwater, Englewood,
Philadelphia, Riceville, Vonore, and Tellico Village.

This includes Interstate 75 in Tennessee between mile markers 44 and
65.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of east central Kansas, including the following area, Linn KS and Missouri, including the following areas, Bates and Henry. * WHEN...From this evening through Monday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall amounts earlier in the week of 1-3 inches with locally higher amounts have occurred. Expect precipitation totals today through Tuesday to range from 2-4 inches with a potential for locally higher amounts. This additional rainfall could exacerbate rivers and streams.
