* WHAT…Around one half foot of inundation above ground level in
low- lying areas near back bays and tidal waterways.

* WHERE…In Delaware, Sussex County.

* WHEN…Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only
isolated road closures expected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Flooding with this tidal cycle is primarily
confined to Little Assawoman Bay, Indian River Bay, Rehoboth
Bay, and nearby tidal waterways. Tidal flooding is not expected
on the oceanfront.
