* Until 200 AM CDT.
* At 1059 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain
have already fallen with and additional 1 to 2 inches possible
across the county. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.
