* WHERE…A portion of Southeast Kansas, including the following
counties, Allen, Chautauqua, Labette, Montgomery, Neosho and
Wilson.

* WHEN…From this evening through Monday evening.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff from several rounds of showers and
storms may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and
other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
