Special Weather Statement issued May 23 at 12:29AM CDT by NWS Fort Worth TX

At 1229 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 9 miles southeast of Goldthwaite to near
Colorado Bend State Park. Movement was southeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD…Winds in excess of 30 mph.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Strong thunderstorms will be near…
Colorado Bend State Park around 1235 AM CDT.

Other locations impacted by these storms include Nix, Us-
190 Near The San Saba-Lampasas County Line, and Lometa.
