Special Weather Statement issued May 23 at 11:40PM CDT by NWS Norman OK

At 1140 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 4 miles east of Cashion to 4 miles west of
Minco. Movement was east at 30 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts of 30 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.

Locations impacted include…
Oklahoma City, Norman, Edmond, Moore, Midwest City, Del City, El
Reno, Guthrie, Newcastle, Blanchard, Yukon, Bethany, Mustang,
Choctaw, Warr Acres, The Village, Tuttle, Piedmont, Harrah, and
Spencer.
