Special Weather Statement issued May 23 at 7:55PM CDT by NWS Jackson MS

At 754 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Garden City to near Center Point. Movement was
north at 15 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Strong thunderstorms will be near…
Meadville, Bude, and Mccall Creek around 800 PM CDT.
Roxie and Kirby around 810 PM CDT.
New Hope around 815 PM CDT.
