* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 838 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms occurred this
morning producing 1 to 3 inches of rainfall. The heaviest
rains have ended this morning however flood waters will be
slow to recede and roadways may remain flooded into the
afternoon.
