* WHEN…From 1 AM EDT /midnight CDT/ to 9 AM EDT /8 AM CDT/ Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
