Grant, Jackson, La Salle, Lincoln, Natchitoches, Ouachita, Red
River, Sabine, Union, Webster and Winn, southeast Oklahoma,
including the following county, McCurtain, and Texas, including
the following counties, Angelina, Bowie, Camp, Cass, Cherokee,
Franklin, Gregg, Harrison, Marion, Morris, Nacogdoches, Panola,
Red River, Rusk, Sabine, San Augustine, Shelby, Smith, Titus,
Upshur and Wood.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

– Estimated pockets of 4 inches of rainfall have already fallen
across portions of south Arkansas. Another round of heavy
rainfall is expected to move across the ArkLaTex on Monday
morning.
