* WHAT…East winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 8 to
11 feet expected.

* WHERE…Majuro Coastal Waters.

* WHEN…Until 6 AM ChST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…A leading edge of a “screaming eagle”
convergence zone to the southeast, is producing 25 to 30 knot
outflow boundaries heading for Majuro. After the outflow
boundaries pass and the convergence zone moves downstream toward
central Micronesia, winds and seas will subside below levels
hazardous to small craft.
